Since I had time before my bus, I walked around to the train station and nearby Avaz Twist Tower.
Just opposite the train station (thus near bus terminal), as per Lonely Planet, this twisted tower was the tallest building in Balkan.
There was Cafe 35, and one stair up, there was observation place with good view of the city.
